Moultrie parents, students and staff are invited to “Coat the Boat” and rent the use of the boat in the carpool line to paint with a personalized message for everyone to see! Bring your own supplies and get creative!

Reservations are first come, first serve basis. $45 for 24 hours.
There are no refunds, all reservations are final.

You rent the boat for the day of the special occasion of your choice. The rental begins at 4PM the EVENING BEFORE the day of rental and end at 4PM on the day of rental at which point it may be painted over by the next renter. In other words, if you are renting for May 10, you will select May 10 as your date, then have access to the ship at 4pm May 9 to paint it and on May 10 at 4pm the next reservation will be allowed to paint it.

Vulgar, lewd, obscene or plainly offensive paintings are not permitted and will be removed, as will any paintings/messages that may cause substantial disruption to school operations. Note: Your paintings do not reflect the endorsement, sponsorship, position, or expression of the school. Paintings that appear to represent otherwise (i.e., that appear to be endorsed by, or coming from the school) are not permitted and will be removed.

WHAT CAN I COAT THE BOAT FOR?
You can paint it for almost anything! Celebrate birthdays and achievements, as a thank you, congratulations on an accomplishment, good luck, special milestone, offer well wishes and words of encouragement, etc. It is a fun way to share any kind of positive message.

HOW DO I RESERVE THE BOAT?
Reservations are a simple process - on RevTrak, simply choose the month you wish to “Coat the Boat” from the menu to the left (if mobile, above). Once you click on the month, the dates will appear on the next screen in the left-hand column (if mobile, listed above). Select the date you wish to reserve. The page will indicate that the date is available for rent by indicating "1 left in stock." If you see "SOLD OUT" it means that it has already been rented on that date (even though you can fill in your information, you can't add the item to your cart). If it is available, simply select your date, add to cart, checkout, and you're all set! There are no refunds, all reservations are final.

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
Your donations play a vital role in supporting the entire staff at Moultrie Middle School. These funds will benefit our Sunshine Committee. The Sunshine Committee celebrates and supports the faculty and staff of Moultrie and strives to improve the culture and community of the school. Donations will be used to benefit staff and faculty activities and enrichment opportunities throughout the year, while also celebrating life's milestones along the way. Every donation directly impacts our ability to create a positive and thriving environment for both staff and teachers.

WHAT SUPPLIES DO I NEED?
You will typically need 2-4 cans of spray paint for the base coat, additional acrylic or latex paint for designs (note – latex takes longer to dry, so if you plan to use latex paint for the base coat, plan accordingly).

WHAT IF I RENT THE BOAT AND THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Reservations are rain or shine. Feel free to put up a tailgate tent while painting, but it must be removed when you are done. There are no refunds, all reservations are final.

CAN YOU PAINT IT FOR ME?
We are not responsible for painting the boat. You are welcome to find someone to paint it for you if you wish, but painting it is fun, and no matter what you do, the person or group you are painting it for will love it.

WHAT IF THE BOAT IS ALREADY RENTED ON THE DATE I WANT?
Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. If the date you want is already reserved, choose the next available date, either before or after.
